Pin Material: Low carbon steel.
Spring Material: MN65 Carbon Steel Strip, hardened and tempered
Protective Finish: Zinc plated, de-embrittled and Passivated
Easily pre-assembled or removed, by hand, without the need for tools.
Use with IC & ICL Clevises, giving trouble free assembly. This single part solution reduces the number of components and assembly time.
Spring Pins are easy to assemble and disassemble with the pin lead-in chamfer assisting with assembly into the Clevis.
Plated Spring Pins are routinely de-embrittled.
